Flourless chocolate cake made with olive oil, almond meal and cardamom. Topped with almonds and local apple slices. Sold by the slice or as a full torte!
Please note - this is made without flour, so it is gluten free (!) but we do not guarantee against cross contamination. We do use sterilized equipment and different cutting boards, but things can happen. If you have a severe allergy to gluten or wheat, we do not recommend consuming this.
