First, raisins are cooked in orange juice, bourbon, cinnamon and sugar. The soaked raisins are then folded into our white sourdough mix. The final loaf is rolled with a thick layer of cinnamon sugar to give a beautiful swirl throughout. The perfect loaf for a sweet treat!
